Worked with Real Estate and Architect to develop site plan and store 

footprint. 

Created conceptual architectural package of Fixture Plan, Site Plan and 

Exterior Elevations to Corp. Real Estate Committee review and 

approval. 

Developed an Architectural Design Budget and Hired Consultant team. 

Coordinated Design Team through plan checks meetings, retail 

revisions, permits and bid documents.  

Followed project through construction to solve any design issues to 

Grand Opening. 

Lead the consultant team to achieve LEED Silver Certification.
