Announcement
The paper that you are holding in your hands is the 52nd issue of The Post. That’s right, The Post has now been in business for one full year.
Here at The Post, we are filled with satisfaction and excitement, but most of all, appreciation for all of our customers, both advertisers and readers, who have made this first year successful beyond our expectations.
We do not take our success, or your support, for granted. We pledge to continue working hard for the businesses and individu-als who rely on our publication. We know that our business can’t be successful if we don’t help other businesses succeed. That is what we are focused on every day. And we are continually searching for and developing new ways to help our customers succeed. Our primary goal from the beginning has been to provide the most cost-effective method of delivering your advertising message to the greatest number of potential customers in northwest Missouri and southwest Iowa.
You might be thinking, “I don’t own a business, I don’t have an advertising message.” But, you don’t have to own a business or even manage one to make use of our publication. Let’s say you want to announce your parents’ anniversary or your brother’s birthday or your daughter’s graduation, The Post is your best choice for all these things, as well. Whatever your message is, we can deliver it for you. No other advertising medium in this market can claim to reach into as many homes as The Post. On the flip side, if you are looking at our publication from a consumer’s point of view, as thousands of people do each week, The Post is the most comprehensive collection of advertising information that you can find in this area.
The staff here at The Post prides ourselves on being locally owned and operated by people that you have known and trusted over the past three decades, people who live and work here every day. The Post and its employees reinvest their earnings right here in the communities that we serve and our business contributes a portion of its earnings to local organizations that have a positive impact right here in this area, and to regional, national and world organizations that help people in need.
Whether you represent one of our many loyal advertisers, or you rely on The Post to help make your buying decisions, it has been our pleasure to serve you throughout this exciting first year. We begin our second year with a renewed energy and an eye to new opportunities in our very near future. We invite you to keep an eye on The Post to see what we have in store for year number two.
Again . . . Thank you!
Sincerely,
The Post Team
Thank you!The Post Team: from left, Lana Cobb, Kaity Holtman, Phil Cobb, Rita Piveral and Twyla Martin.
