a. Developed u n F-14 division tactic during groject Risi~ty Fighter 11-15 ,MAR which established a 23:1 kill ratio. This tactic has since been submitted in a 3rd Fleet TAChld.MiJ request.

b. Submitted a TO3 (Tentative Operational fiequirement) (Ser 3030/30 dated 2 9 July 85) for nignt vision goggle use in the F-14. Third generation 1R goggles were einployed for initial evaluation.

c. Sub~nitted a TAU .'#lanua 1 change to V X - 4 incorporat iny the use of TCS in the TARPS RECCE role.

d. Spearheaded the CKF-2 IVEPTAC evaluat ior~ at China Lake, 2-0'Sep 85. A tactical variation of "chainsuw" (long range M : V intercept) ivus evaluated. This tactic proved successful and wus it~corporuted in CV#-2 .vMS TACPRt) 210.

e. SaSrnitted a Lowliltitude Training ROE change to CVY-2 (Ser 3500/339 dated 3 Sep 85). These recomnended changes would provide dn o2portunity for Real World training and increase fighter read i;~ess.

f . 3eveloped a CVtV-2 generic Strike briefing card which was e.ngloyed during airwing strike exercises in J~lly n i ~ d Dec 1985. An updated version will be submitted to SLATS for strike brief evaldation and certification.
