Headlines of the debate among European experts on quality and the modernisation programmes
Let’s enlarge our mental map when we think about quality and involve all the stakeholders, the users and the media
If we want to assess outcomes, we have to involve other actors in the assessment
Let’s trust our citizens and empower them
Let’s trust our people and empower them
Bench learning should not be done only with similar organisations
There is no contradiction between quality and efficiency
We need good quality strategies that legitimate and stimulate innovative projects and motivate our people
We should leave enough room for out of the box thinking
Quality enables the achievement of political programmes and objectives
We need strong political leaderships in quality management
