4.3 In case of both BRI system of CGC Office Block and LegCo Complex failure, SMATV and LegCo Meeting

Broadcast service will both suspended. The local BRI system of CGC Low Block with UHF and VHF

antenna can still provide local TV and FM channels for CGC Low Block. When BRI systems is failure at

CGC Office block or LegCo complex, their BRI system are able to support each other by operating two

manual switch connection between them.

4.4 Spare space and slot in the head-end equipment for future addition of channel amplifiers will be allowed.The

broadcast reception installation shall allow and incorporate provisions for future connection to at least three

other public broadcasting systems. The provision shall include preamplifiers, filters, amplifiers, frequency

converters, coaxial cable distribution system, associated trunkings and conduits and power cables

4.5 Spare outlets at the receiver on each floor will be allowed for future addition of additional TV/FM outlets.
