management of many functions, I offer a wide range of

Property development and construction APRIL
2000 to present
Taught M.S. Project at staff Chistophersons Homes then helped to
implement it as the primary methodology to drive their projects tomeasured outcomes. Planed and implemented the development of
primary residential property in Tracy. Designed a two story project
in the city of Tracy and I am currently completing a residence in
Tracy. These projects required plans be prepared and approved, a
budget established and managed. All were completed above
expectations and under budget.
Project management 1992
to April 2000CSAA - Managed the implementation of a 150 seat Call Center
desktop and network upgrade without loss of customer services.
Kaiser - Developed a database to assure compliance for nation
wide Call Center analysis.

CSAA - Managed a Call Center Build for the Claims
Consolidation project my responsibility included the deployment
of a 300 seat Call Center from building shell through technology
testing.
Kaiser - Resolved Member Services Call Centertechnology
problems in their Stockton Call Center. This effort has resulted in
call processing outage improvements from several hours to zero.
This was accomplished through improved communications and
vendor management.
Pacific Bell Provided leadershipfor the implementation of
Unbundled Network Elements as outlined by the Federal Telecom.Act of 1996.
Pacific Bell - Built a major Call Center forPBIS including
construction, telecommunications, and network upgrades. This
project added 20,000 square feet to accommodate more than 200
additional service & sales employees. This included preparation of
the RFP through implementation including the selection of the
ACD, CTI technology, and predictive dialer, UPS & generator.
In Summary
The variety of my assignments challenged me to become versatile
and adaptable to a succession of new Technologies. Rapidly
learning them and the priorities involved in their application, I
have maintained a true state-of-the-art knowledge of
telecommunications and its associated functions. As a result I am
able to offer early, contributions for a new employer. Your interestis invited.
