1 Introduction
2Graph gives children the opportunity to create a range of graphs.
2 Getting StartedWhen 2Graph first opens you will see a blank table:
In the ‘Item’ column, enter the names of the data being measured. In the number column, enter the
quantity.
This example shows favourite colours in a class. The column labels can be edited and a graph title can
be added.
To edit the colours used, click on the colour block at the row end.
The Total row will update automatically, the graph will also update as data is added.

New File
Open a saved file
Save the current date
Print the graph and data
Export the graph and data as an image
Share the file to a displayboard or blog, create a QR code or link, set as a 2Do or send by
2Email. See the Generating Share Links Guide for more information about these features.
Add or remove rows from the data table.

Items can be sorted in alphabetical order (A-Z, or Z-A)

Items can be sorted into numerical value (highest to lowest, lowest to highest).

Choose the most effective option for the type of data that you have recorded.

Vertical Block graph
You can alter the block size ratio as desired e.g. 1 block = 1 child or 1 block = 5 children.
