General Information

Venue

The COST MP1105 Final Conference takes place in Poznan, Poland, in the IBB Andersia Hotel, Plac Andersa 3, http://www.andersiahotel.pl/en/ . COST MP1105 Final Conference Room: B-Ibiza

Registration

Please, register and receive your conference materials on Wednesday 27th April 2016 next to the COST MP1105 conference room from 13.00 to 14.00.

Posters

Please hang your posters according to the schedule given in the programme on Thursday morning28th April 2016. All posters should be removed after the poster session at 17.00 on Thursday. The authors are asked to be present at their posters during the poster sessions.

Lunches

The lunches will be served on-site on Wednesday 27th April 2016 for MC Members (18£ charge, to be booked and paid in advance) and on Thursday 28th April 2016 for all participants. Lunch on Thursday is covered by the registration fee.

Social Programme

The COST MP1105 Dinner will be organised on Wednesday 27th April 2016 at 19.00 in Brovaria, ul. Stary Rynek 73,74, Poznan. The COST MP1105 dinner is not included in the registration fee (30£ charge, to be booked and paid in advance).
