Terms & ConditionsBIDDING: Each animal on which there are two bids will be sold to the highest bidder.

TERMS: Terms of the sale are cash. Checks are accepted and must be made payable to Bales Continental Commission Co.

DISPUTES: The auctioneer will settle any bid disputes by declaring all off and reselling the animal in question.

HANDLING: All animals will have health certificates. Those not Bangs vaccinated will be tested. All animals will be in good health and examined by our vet. A vet will be available sale day.

BREEDER’S GUARANTEE: All animals sold are guaranteed breeders by the owner. Any animal that has not proven itself a breeder within six months after date of sale, if in healthy con-dition, may be returned to seller at the buyer’s expense. Should the animal fail to prove a breeder, the seller - at his option, may either replace the animal with another of equal quality in full settlement and satisfaction of all claims or give credit for the next year’s sale. All complaints regarding breeding difficulties must be reported in writing to the seller within the time limit as specified above and in good condition. All cattle are registered or recorded in the American International Charolais Association and proper certificates will be furnished. Transfer of ownership will be completed by the seller.

WelcomeFriends, We would like to welcome you to our 29th annual production sale.

We appreciate and thank you for taking an interest in our program. We continue trying to produce the best genetics we

can so they are the most profitable for you.

What another year it has been. From record highs in the cattle industry to good crops and ample feed sources and the

best part is a break from the snow. I’ll take some cold if I don’t have to push snow every few days.

It’s been a joy to see our customer’s faces when they sell or tell you how their calves sold. We’ve waited a long time to

get more for our time and hard work.

This year’s set of bulls may be the best from top to bottom that we have put in our sale yet. They’re big, stout, and full

of carcass traits with built in feed efficiency. We are featuring 17 sons of our great T077 bull. They are impressive!

The heifers, as well, are the strongest set we have offered yet. There are some donor quality females in this group.

Dennis’s very best 2013 born heifer is in this sale.

As in the past, I am retaining 1/3 interest of every bull in the sale. This does not change anything for you, the buyer.

It only means that I may want to collect some semen (at my expense and at your convenience) for use in my herd or if

I want to help promote a certain bull or blood line. Using our own genetics has really strengthened our program. We

are making every effort to improve genetics that we can pass along to our customers. You still get all the salvage value

when you are done with the bull.

We thrive on your satisfaction. For those of you that can’t make it to the sale, we will do whatever we can to help you

with your selections. If you talk to us about buying a bull sight unseen, we guarantee he will meet your criteria and
