The main task of this project is to present an opportunity to the organizations to implement short trainings on the workplace. For this purpose the partnership created a toolbox (a software product) that will be used to make the lessons. These short lessons will be developed with information provided by the first line manager who is clear about the need of training for his/ her employees and wishes to optimize this process. This is an opportunity to improve the working process not only for the company but also for the employees as well. Trainings will be organized for the managers, in order to present them the system of work and the way it can it be used.
