Will Lichtig is an internationally recognized leader in the lean and integrated project delivery movements He has been at the forefront in the development of Integrated Lean Project Deliveryreg process He is a Board member and past Chairman of the Lean Construction Institute

Chris Montgomery is Networkrsquos Railrsquos Programme Director for the Northern Programme of works

creating a new regional unit which will deliver the schemes which will better connect the six major cities of the north cutting journey times and electrifying the Trans Pennine Route

Jaimie Johnston is the Head of Global Systems at Bryden WoodHis role includes both physical systems (design for manufacture solutions for healthcare education aviation pharmaceutical and infrastructure projects) and information systems (data analysis digital delivery and BIM) for projects in the UK Europe Russia and Singapore

Andrew has over 20 yearsrsquo experience in industry including most recently as Managing Director of National Expressrsquo international division Andrew formerly ran its Birmingham-based UK Coach business leading it to record profits and customer satisfaction
