Hart County Fiscal Court will conduct the Second Reading of Speed Limit Or-dinance KOC 521.120, to establish a 35 mph speed limit on Rowletts Cave Springs Road. The second reading will be held on Thursday, August 22nd, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. during the regular Hart County Fiscal Court meeting on the 2nd Floor of the Court House.
