Property Description2670 Pyramus Road benefits from its location in proximity to numerous different industries. While the Oil and Gas Industry is facing it challenges at the present time, the industry has a strong foothold in the surrounding area. Royal Dutch Shell has done significant preparatory work on the site for their proposed World Scale ethane Cracker which is just 14 miles away. Driving from site to site is done without the necessity to cross a bridge and only experiencing two traffic lights. If the proposed facility is built, we forecast that there will be strong demand for Industrial buildings in close prox-imity. At the present time, there is a shortage of such buildings. Structures now in existence will probably not be suitable for the majority of incoming industries, these companies will be looking for pad ready sites to build on.
Industrial
Pyramus Road connects to Route 30 which is a two lane road that runs East / West. A short drive to the west is East Liverpool Ohio, its suburb Calcutta provides shopping, restaurants and other retail amenities. Route 30 connects to Route 2, which begins in Chester and heads south along the Ohio River, it terminates in Parkersburg WV. Traveling on Route 2, it is a short drive to Mountaineer Gaming Resort. Continuing on route 2, it is 28 minute drive to Weirton WV. Route 22, which runs East / West can be accessed here. It is another 27 miles to Wheeling WV, and Interstate I-70.
Heading on Route 30 East, it is a 31 minute drive to the Pittsburgh International Airport. Robinson Town Center, a major retail area is only another 8 minutes away. Robinson Town Center is 13 miles away from downtown Pittsburgh.
