PROCESSING FEEYour Painted Ladies broker works with you to negotiate any and all “Offers to Purchase” on your Yacht. We advise you on the strength of the offer as it relates to the sale price, buyer financing and other terms of the offer (including all counter offers, addendums and required paperwork) to get you Yacht under contract. When under contract your Painted Ladies broker will continue to work with you through the inspection phase of the contract, work with lenders, surveyors, title agencies, etc. to help assure a smooth closing.

In your Painted Ladies agreement you decide the commission to offer the buyer’s agent only if applicable (2%, 2 1/2% or 3%). The buyer’s agent commission is required to be listed for all brokers to see. In yacht terms, the buyer’s agent fee is referred to as the “Co-op” fee and is only paid when your yacht sells.

Painted Ladies does not have any commission structure, 10%, 8% even 5%. We only charge a marketing fee and processing fee. This sells your yacht faster, compared to the industry standard.
