Application

0.2 This Order applies within the following health units, as that term is defined in the Health

Protection and Promotion Act:

1. City of Hamilton Health Unit.

2. City of Toronto Health Unit.

3. Durham Regional Health Unit.

4. Haldimand-Norfolk Health Unit.

5. Halton Regional Health Unit.

6. Lambton Health Unit.

7. Niagara Regional Area Health Unit.

8. Peel Regional Health Unit.

9. Windsor-Essex County Health Unit.

10. York Regional Health Unit.

6. (1) Subsection 1 (3) of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is amended by striking out "that

is not listed in Schedule 2".

(2) Subsection 1 (4) of Schedule 1 to the Regulation is revoked.

7. The title to Schedule 2 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

SCHEDULE 2 STAGE 1 BUSINESSES

8. Schedule 2 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

3 .1 Public libraries that are in compliance with section 2.1 of Schedule 3.

9. Paragraph 12 of Schedule 2 to the Regulation is revoked and the following

substituted:

12. Home child care services of up to six children as permitted under the Child Care and

Early Years Act, 2014 and child care centres.
