Program Team - our mandates

• First and foremost - It’s about the experience of the Scouts• The objective of the AJ2019 program team is to deliver an exciting,

interesting and educational experience for the Scouts.• Every activity should have some element of a learning outcome• Embrace Plan-Do-Review with a focus on Review• Have a ‘patrol based focus’ and not a ‘troop based focus’• Allow the Scouts to make their own decisions and ‘write their own

adventure’• Embrace the fact that not everybody can do everything

Air experienceDo you want to fly a plane?

The air activities team at AJ2019 is offering flights in 2-seater (side-by-side) motorized gliders.

Our pilot will handle the take-off and landing, but during the flight you will have the opportunity to take over the controls of the aircraft, and fly it yourself.

The pilot will provide instruction on controlling the aircraft during the 20-minute flight.
