Space Characteristics 2537 N. Pulaski is one of the most unique and dramatic loft buildings in Chicago. The buildings features 30’ high ceilings, column free space, 12’ high clerestory windows wrapping its front, south side and back facades and two skylights, one of which extends almost the full depth of the building. The building is approximately 14,000 gross square feet and could be divided into several smaller spaces. There are dramatic offices with unique views, large open spaces, a removable mezzanine level and smaller intimate enclaves. The building has M1-1 zoning which permits a wide range of uses including , but not limited to restaurant, tavern, liquor sales, food sales, office, artisan, manufacturing, retail, special event, sports and recreation, education, entertainment, urban farming (including rooftop) and veterinary.
Location 2537 N. Pulaski is located in north west section of Logan Square, just south of Diversey. It is located across the street from Studio 41’s massive designer showroom complex which features kitchen, bathroom, tile and designer building products in a campus of buildings. ClimateGuard’s window showroom is across the street. The Field’s Lofts and Shoemaker Lofts are both within blocks and together include about 300 of recently renovated residential lofts. Kosciuszko Park – 2732 N. Avers - Kosciuszko Park is 9.01 acres and it is located in the Logan Square community (the park’s northern border touches Diversey Avenue; the park’s western border is one block east of Pulaski Road.
The large fieldhouse features an indoor pool, a combination gymnasium and assembly hall (with a stage—available for rental), a small kitchen; club rooms are also available for rental.
