Space Characteristics 2537 N. Pulaski is one of the most unique and dramatic loft buildings in Chicago. Permitted Uses

The building has M1-1 zoning which permits a wide range of uses including , but not limited to restaurant, tavern, liquor sales, food sales, office, artisan, manufacturing, retail, special event, sports and recreation, education, entertainment, urban farming (including rooftop) and veterinary.

Location 2537 N. Pulaski is located in north west section of Logan Square, just south of Diversey. It is located across the street from Studio 41’s massive designer showroom complex which features kitchen, bathroom, tile and designer building products in a campus of buildings.
