Peter McKay, explain to you the reason why that is.However it was no longer necessary to require a witness because the Sargent at Arms andthe Fredericton Police had watched me go into 710 Queen St and come out without thematerial they had just refused af ter harassing me. As for you, Mr. lAcKenna, I expect you and your fellow lawyers at Mclnnes Cooper touphold the law and conduct yourselves in a professional manner according to the rules thatallow you to p ractice law for a fee.
