Powerful torso belonging to the group of ten sculptures titled ALMOGAVARES whose elements and volumes are built around an anvil.Thirty years after his first works in iron which where built with ”objets trouvés” Berrocal is inspired again by a ready-made object: the anvil, mastering the formal game of metamorphosis of an object to bring it to a new esthetical meaning.

The sculpture may be presented on a stand with square base in black enam-elled steel designed by BerrocalStand specifications: Dimensions h 120 x w 100 x d 100 cm Net weight 100 Kg. Total height of sculpture on stand 202 cm.
