CANCELLATION POLICYWe require a 24 hours cancellation notice for all spa treatments.

SPA ATTIRE & ETIQUETTESwimwear is required within the saunas and pool area. Upon arrival at the eforea spa you will be provided with a robe, towel and slippers, as well as access to a locker. Wet swimwear is not allowed in our transition lounge. In order to preserve the serenity of eforea spa we request all guests to keep noise to a minimum and switch off mobile phones, you can leave the phone in a locker.

ARRIVAL & FACILITIESWe recommend that you arrive to eforea spa reception (located on the 1st Floor) at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrival may result in treatment time reduction or cancellation of the treatment.

MINIMUM AGEMinimum age for spa and fi tness guests is 16 years. Guests between the age of 16 and 18 years must be accompanied by an adult (at least 18 years of age).

GIFT CERTIFICATESOur team will be delighted to assist you in purchasing the perfect gift. Spa gift vouchers can be purchased via telephone or in person. Spa gift vouchers are available as of €25.
