LAND NOW SELLING

BUILDING YOUR COMMUNITY

yourkinbrook.com.auSALES OFFICE Cnr English Street & Donnybrook Rd, Donnybrook

Construction has been running smoothly at Kinbrook over autumn and is looking to meet all scheduled deadlines throughout winter.

All major construction and landscaping works are on schedule and advancing quickly in Stages 17 and 18.

Despite the heavy rainfall we received in Autumn, Stage 17 is progressing well and scheduled to be completed by August, with Titles in September.

Stage 18 is also well underway and on track with all roadworks now complete and Titles expected in October.

When Vikki Anderson was in the market looking to purchase a smaller home, she found Kinbrook was the perfect fit.

Where great location meets nature and tranquillity, Kinbrook had it all for Vikki including her daughter and future son-in-law who already owned land in the community.

"Walking through the estate for the first time, I remember thinking it was so clean and compact, it was amazing," Vikki said.

“I was really encouraged by that to purchase because I knew I wanted to live somewhere that felt homely and safe".

Construction & Titles Update

At Kinbrook, we have partnered with Neighbourhood Watch as part of their “Building Communities Together” program. This program aims to encourage social connections and educate residents about the simple things you can do to keep your community safe.

Neighbourhood Watch is a community-led crime prevention organisation that has been supporting communities for over 35 years.

During COVID-19, staying connected with your neighbours can make isolation seem less lonely for many in the community. It is also a great way to look after our mental health and wellbeing.

To stay connected while social distancing, Neighbourhood Watch has a few suggestions.

• Say hello and wave – a small gesture can have a significant impact on someone’s day.

• Drop-in neighbour’s mailboxes the Neighbourhood Watch’s ‘Happy to Help’ notes.

• Check-in with neighbours who are elderly or live alone to see if they need support.

• Drop off a homemade gift or a platter of baked goods.

• Offer to help with gardening such as mowing the lawn or weeding.

• Organise a driveway happy hour on your street to remain connected.

• Start a neighbourhood chat group on Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp.

* Please ensure you continue to follow the government’s social distancing guidelines where required.

RESIDENT TESTIMONIAL

Kinbrook was the perfect fit for Vikki

Like all prospective buyers, Vikki searched high and low for the perfect community, but something kept drawing her back to Kinbrook. She was ultimately sold on the thoughtful community masterplan.

Working from home, Vikki wanted somewhere that was beautiful to live and well-planned out, while also maintaining a small, neighbourly feel. Vikki found Kinbrook felt like a proper neighbourhood, with large open parks for future grandchildren and pets to play in.

"If I had to describe the estate, I would say it's prestigious. The neighbourhood is far more established than others in the surrounding area, and I liked that when I move in, most of the Kinbrook community assets will already be complete," said Vikki.

Building the home of her dreams, Vikki selected a boutique design constructed by custom home builders Symmetric Homes. Her single-story home is a spacious 150sqm and ticked all her boxes.

"It was an easy option and process for me, thanks to the help of Kinbrook. I can't wait to move in and get my life started at Kinbrook," Vikki said.

There is still a selection of premium properties on offer at Kinbrook.

We have taken $20,000 off all Titled land up to 448m2 so, there has never been a better time for potential purchasers to snap up the opportunity to buy their dream home at Kinbrook.

Get in contact with our Estate Manager Madeleine Perfonowski by contacting 0408 917 098 for more information.
