Whitney Marvels May is Older Americans Month, which highlights the fact that no matter your age you can still take charge of your life and maintain good physical fitness, learn new things, and live out your dreams. Older Americans now are even working long-er. There are so many things that you can still do, don’t let your age stop you. May 31st is Senior Health and Fitness Day, so we will be gearing up and partici-pate in the day by doing a fun senior games day involv-ing lots of fun activities. “You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream” -C.S. Lewis “Let us never know what old age is. Let us know the hap-piness time brings, not count the years” -Ausonius “I don’t’ believe in age. I be-lieve in energy, don’t’ let age dictate what you can and cannot do.” -Tao Porchon-Lynch, 97 year old yoga teacher
