First, please understand that we are on schedule to roll out GSM/GPRS to 40 percent of our covered pops this year -- which is not to say that we will be offering services in 40 percent of our markets. Please be aware of that differentiation.

Also, change to a couple of questions:

Q33.Will the GSM/GPRS network be compliant with FCC mandates for E-911 service?

A33.Our Seattle market will be fully compliant with the FCC E911 rules at launch. The AWE Seattle TDMA market has been deployed with Phase I E911 service since the early part of 2001; that Phase I service will be mirrored on the GSM system.

We recently asked the FCC for an extension to the 10/1/01 date for Phase II compliance (3/31/02) and are on-track to comply with those filings.

Q59. Is the GSM network you plan to overlay in the U.S. immediately compatible with that in Europe? In Asia?

A59.Not immediately, but we will offer handsets that can roam from our network in the U.S. to Europe and Asia sometime in the fall.
