RACI/Team Roles: Identify key team members and responsibilities.

Responsible (Overall Project Lead): Name of strategic team lead requesting project, providing all inputs to Brand Team, and Primary contact for questions & answers.

Accountable (Brand Team Lead): Name of Brand team member who will lead brief kickoff, facilitate creative/comms reviews, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Consulted (Approvals): Internal and/or external stakeholders who will provide input and guidance for all creative/comms work. Note if special approvals are required.

Informed: Internal and/or external stakeholders who should be updated on project as it develops.

Please submit the completed project brief to Genny Robinson; the Brand Team willreview the brief, and schedule a Kick-Off Meeting with submitting team.

Requested tools, assets and support with clear due dates.* A workback schedule including rounds of review, approval, and delivery dates will be provided by Brand team.

*NOTE: First deliverables should be scheduled for roughly 6 weeks from brief submission.
