    An Electric light bulbAn American inventor, Thomas A. Edison, made the first light bulb work in October

    i 87'). Today, the light bulbs are made of glass, with a metal base and a

    wire fijarnent., If an electric current is passed through any conductor,

    heat is produced. If a conductor is heated over 525 C by an electric

    current, it will produce light. A wire filament with a high melting point

    RainforestTrees don't live alone. They naturally form forests. The plants and the animals that live in the
