    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    As an exhibitor in the 23rd Annual PomonaValley Family Juneteenth Celebration, I agreeto adhere to the following:

    1. Contract this registration applicationproperly executed by applicant (Exhibitor)

    shall upon written acceptance andnotication of booths assigned by the

    Pomona Valley Celebration showmanagement constitutes a valid bindingcontract. Whereas, the managementreserves the right to accept and reject anyapplicant.

    2. Space Assignments - show managementexercises full authority over the assignmentof all exhibitor spaces. The Pomona Valley

    Family Juneteenth Celebration is a uniqueshow with special assignment of space forpre-designed exhibits.

    3. Exhibit Space:410x10 space Only:4 Spatial Area to be Assigned4 Bring Your Own Tent4 Bring Your Own Tables & Chairs4 Rent table & chairs for $25.00

    (6Ft. Table + 2 Chairs)4. Exhibitor Guidelines:

    4 There is no music allowed from the exhibitspace, without the Pomona Valley FamilyJuneteenth Celebration managementauthorization.

    4 All exhibitors assume responsibility forcompliance with all pertinent ordinances,regulations, and codes of duty authorizedLocal, State, Union and Federal governingbodies concerning, re, accident, or any

    other cause. Exhibitor is required to provideall insurance and/or policy riders to cover allexhibitors space contents.

    4 Exhibitor agrees not to sell, sublets share,exchange or assign this rental space to anyother party.

    4 The distributing of any material is prohibitedoutside of assigned exhibit space.

    4 All exhibitor merchandise must be legaland counterfeit items such as videotapes,clothing, watches, and purses are prohibited.(Note: alcohol, tobacco, rearms, ordinance,

    survival weapons, gases, or peppers, andrelated items are prohibited from display or selwithin the Pomona Valley Family CelebrationShow does not assume responsibility forexhibitor property, the partys staff or agentsfrom theft, re, and accident.

    4 Event management will provide the rightto exclude or to require modication of any

    exhibitors display or demonstration that itconsiders to be unsuitable or not in keepingwith the purpose of the Pomona Valley FamilyCelebration .

    This contract is non-cancelable.4 Payment Terms-Payment in full is due by

    June 1st, 2012. Outstanding balances afterthis time will result in cancellation of thiscontract.

    4Where applicable, any exhibit space reservation

    made after June 1st, 2012, must be paid infull by a cashiers check or money order. Alexhibits must be set-up and ready to go priorto show opening at 9:30AM, Saturday, June16th, 2012 (Move-in occurs the morning ofJune 16th, 2012, from 7:00am-9:00am). Eventis open to public from 10:00am to 6:00pm.

    7:00pm, Saturday, June 16th, 2012 when theevent ends. All monies are non-refundable. A

    $25 NSF on returned checks will be charged.

    RELEASE OF LIABILITY AGREEMENT

    The undersigned applicant agrees to and shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Juneteenth

    America, Inc. including its ofcers, directors, agents, employees, volunteers, and respective

    successors against any legal proceeding in law or equity, and further shall indemnify, defend, and

    hold harmless Juneteenth America, Inc. and its ofcers, directors, agents, employees, volunteers,

    and respective successors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, demands, suits,

    judgments, expenses, costs, and other legal expenses of every kind to which Juneteenth America,Inc. may be subject by reason of any act or conduct of any participant, invitee, attendee, sponsor

    or any third person who is or is not an invitee, attendee, participant, or sponsor of the event.

    I have read this form and understand that by signing this form, I am giving up legal rights and

    remedies.
