    Though there is no deficiency in working system ofHDFC bank, one suggestion I would like to pointout that staff members of the bank are young andhighly qualified but they need some training to

    perform their work efficiently.

    I found lack of work experience of bank employee.

    CONCLUSION

    Now a days banks provide much more services totheir customers in a low cost. HDFC bank is one ofthem. The objective of this bank is very effectiveand fair enough to attract the customers to invest or

    borrow. No specific word of the objective can bederived but working of this bank, strategy , hardwork , sincerity and faithfulness of the employeesas well as of the top management emboss the goal

    oriented and customers oriented services of thebank.
