• TheDepartmentofEnergy,whichisrunninganationalsolarwaterheaterprogrammeforthesupply,installationandmaintenanceof1.75millionsolarwaterheatersystemsaswellastherepairofexistingsolarwaterheatersystemsinresidentialhomesthroughoutthecountry,onallaspectsofthedesignandimplementationoftheprocess,thedraftingoftheprocurementprocessdocuments,theimplementationoftheprocess,aswellasassistingwithanychallengestothedecision-makingprocess.
• TheDepartmentofEnergyandtheNationalTreasury,whoarerunningaground-breakingindependentpowerproducerprocurementprocessforrenewableenergy,baseloadcoalandbaseloadgasincludingimportedLNGinSouthAfrica.Ouradvicecoveredallaspectsofthedesignandimplementationoftheprocess,thedraftingoftheprocurementprocessdocuments,theimplementationoftheprocess,aswellastheevaluationofbidsandthenegotiationwithpreferredbidders.

• MunitoriaPPPConsortium,theprivatepartyconsortiumthat(in2015)successfullyreachedfinancialclosefortheCityofTshwanemetropolitanofficeaccommodation,ontheprocurementapprovalprocessesandMunicipalFinanceManagementAct,2003principlesapplicabletothefinancing,design,constructionandfacilitiesmanagementconcessionforanewheadofficefortheCityofTshwane,includingparticipatinginthenegotiationoffinalconcessionandprojectagreementsandnegotiatingandsettlingthefinancingagreements.
