• Service Fee of 30%
• Job Outcome Fee of 70%.
• Job Outcome Fees is split into three payments:
– 13 week (15%)
– 26 weeks (35%)

Description
A one year transition programme providing employability, training and support for young people with learning disabilities to help them acquire necessary skills to gain competitive
employment. The model runs over an academic year between September and June, students
experience real work, participate in skills training and are supported by a Job Coach
13 in Scotland mainly in NHS/SERCO

Eligibility Criteria• An initial group of 12 individuals
• Not directly from school unless in exceptional circumstances
• Age 18 – 24 year olds
• Not currently participating on other publicly funded provision
• Resident of the Falkirk area
• Have a learning disability
• Able to participate in work-based learning
• Be seeking paid employment
• Able to undertake work experience with limited supervision within
• Able to work within a team and independently
• Able to progress to a job within 9 months
