Reason and Prerequisites

You implement SAP Master Data Governance, enterprise asset management extension by Utopia 7.2 andthe related Utopia Connectivity Package for MDG-EAM Version 7.2.

In the case of an MDG Hub installation, the SAPK-720INUGI3 will be required on both the hub and the targetsystems to support data replication.

If you want to put the Service Master object under governance, the SAPK720INUGI1 will be required as well.Please be aware that this additional object comes with its own data model, as well as an installation andconfiguration guide.

SAP Master Data Governance, enterprise asset management extension by Utopia (MDG-EAM) softwarehelps organizations govern enterprise asset related master data from its creation in a business applicationthrough its distribution to target applications, to ensure data quality and regulatory compliance across theenterprise. SAP Master Data Governance applications are integrated with the SAP Business Suite. SAPMaster Data Governance , enterprise asset management extension by Utopia 7.2 is delivered as an add-onon either MDG 7.0 running on SAP ERP 6.0 Enhancement Package 6 or 7, or on MDG 8.0 running on SAPERP 6.0 Enhancement Package 7 or 8.
