EXIN Light offers a wide range of LED Lighting for use in a broad range of Industries,offering
uniquely made Portable Area Lighting, Headlamps and Torches.
“The EXIN Light” was created to provide practical features that are not common to the standard
everyday Portable Lighting Range. It is designed as a fully self contained weather proof unit for
use in most conditions. When using the EXIN Light you’ll never have to be caught out with
leaving charging cables at home, on site or in the office, wherever the case may be, the EXIN
Light comes equipped with a storage compartment built within the body, created specifically for
its charging process. The concept of the EXIN Light provides the hassle free benefit of long run
time and no need to worry about dangling cords or tripping hazards in your everyday work
environment.
The Portable EXIN Light Model also comes with a uniquely designed Base to provide an even
wider range of use, the Base provides the option to add and remove any of our Attachment
Range. The optional Attachments include; a Tripod for added height and angle, Pole Attachment
to secure the EXIN Light safely to a Power Pole or similar objects, Scaffold Attachment for safe
use on Work Sites and a Stabilising Plate for when those rough weather conditions arise.
Further accessories are now available, from Safety Signs that clip over the Light Head, to
comfortable strap Backpacks with Hi Vis Strips for your safety while you are mobile.

LIGHT HEAD
The IN120L & IN120LB Industrial are the most common of our EXIN Light Portable Lighting Range.
Producing 1030 lumens each side of the Light Head, the IN120L operates continuously on a single
charge for up to twelve (12) hours on one side of the Light Head, and the IN120LB running
continuously for up to thirty (30) hours on a single charge on one side of the Light Head.
With its Light Head tilting down by
up to 60° the IN120L and IN120LB
can be used for area illumination,
Flash Functions and can easily
illuminate a large open space with
its 2060 lumens, with little or no
heat produced from the EXIN
Light it allows you to work in close
proximity with comfort.

The IN120L and IN120LB Body is exactly the same, it is constructed using automotive
type ABS747 making the light highly durable with its robust solid construction. The EXIN
Light IN Series has an IP 65 rating, and also is manufactured with a UV and Salt Water
resistant ingredient, allowing the use in both wet and dry environments.
Using shock absorbing rubber for both the Base and Lid Seals gives extra added
protection to your Light Head and Base. With Extension Arms fitted either side of the Body
and a push and pull Functional Handle, enables you to choose the correct height suited
for your own individual needs.
COMPATIBLE ATTACHMENTS & ACCESSORIES
The EXIN Light Portable Lighting Range is created with a uniquely designed Rubber Base.
Attachments can be purchased separately as required. These include a Tripod, Pole Attachment,
Stabilising Plate, and a Scaffold Attachment.
Also available for the IN Series is the following list of accessories that can be purchased as optional.
These include various Signs that can be easily clipped over the front of the Light Head ( Please see
page 27 for complete list of lenses) along with a further option of a Padded Backpack for long
distance carrying and a Solar Panel for additional recharging options.

With its 18 AH Battery the IN2400L is fitted with a main on/off switch to increase its battery life and can
operate up to 48 hours on a single charge when using the low setting. To prevent a flat battery,the
IN2400L is also fitted with a low Battery Alarm to signal that you will need to recharge your EXIN Light.

The EXIN Light International Portable Lighting Range is created with a uniquely

EXIN LIGHTTRAVELLER
BODY
The Traveller is our compact version of the EXIN Light Range, which comes in great use for Road
Maintenance, Utilities and Emergency Services. It is also ideal for Recreational Activities such as
Camping, Fishing, 4WD, Backyard Entertainment, DIY Home Improvements and is great to have for
those just in case Emergencies if you happen to have a Black Out, this small and compact version
can run for up to 12 hours on a single charge.
The Traveller, yet so compact still gives out a surprising
720 lumens, this single sided Light Head is also set with
the added feature of an Emergency Flash Function, it is
designed to accept a Clip On Lens.
The Traveller is also constructed using automotive type ABS747 making the EXIN Light highly
durable with its robust solid construction. The EXIN Light Traveller has an IP 65 rating that is UV and
Salt Water resistant; therefore it can be used in both wet and dry environments. Using shock

STABILISING PLATE MODEL SI-SP1

The Pole Attachment is designed to fit the uniquely designed Base of the IN Series EXIN Light.
By simply sliding the Pole Attachment Plate through the Base of the EXIN Light and fastening
accordingly. The Pole Attachment can then be attached to a Light Pole or similar shaped objects.With
the convenience of its 1.5 metre Ratchet Strap, the Pole Attachment can be adjusted to fit various size
objects giving you a much broader range of use.
The Stabilising Plate is a Metal Plate measuring 60cm long which slides through the Base of the IN
Series EXIN Light, great for when those strong weather conditions pick up, with the added feature
of pre drilled holes at either end of the Stabilising Plate designed to fit a Lock and Chain for added
security, or to peg the Stabilising Plate into the ground when those unforeseen weather conditions
arise.

The New and improved EXIN Light Tripod is designed to have the Portable ‘EXIN
Light’ attached to a Base Plate and then screwed onto the top of the Tripod Frame.
With new manufacturing techniques the EXIN Light Tripod is suitable for indoor and
outdoor use, creating an even wider range of use.
The heavy duty construction of the Tripod allows standing 1100mm in height and
weighs only 3.2kgs(without its Base Plate), With the Legs made from 6063 Aluminium
and Head and Tips made from Aluminium Alloy.

The Lens Range, you simply clip on over the Light Head, the lens can easily be attached or removed
as needed.
The EXIN Light optional Accessories Range is designed and developed to provide additional use and
added comfort to the user. Our Accessories Range will continue to grow over time, with new ideas that
will ensure our customers will obtain even a broader use of their EXIN Light.
EXIN Light has released a Backpack Range to fit the unique shape and size of the Portable EXIN Light.
To ensure the users safety, the Backpacks have been designed using Florescent Orange Polyester
with Hi-Vis Strips running both the length and the width of the Backpack. With its Padded Shoulder
Straps the Backpacks were also created with the users comfort in mind.The Backpacks are available
in two sizes,one to fit both the IN & EX Series EXIN Light the other (a smaller version) to fit the
Traveller.

The Traveller Series Lens come in Green, Red, and Amber and Police Blue, clipping over
the Light Head. These Lenses come in great use for those doing Road Work to maintain
Traffic Control, Authorities who are in need of quick and portable safety or danger warning
solutions.
The Traveller Series Clip on Lens SI-TRL-RGA-3 are sold as a set of three
(3)(Red,Green,Amber) and come in a three Pocket Zip Up Pouch. The SI-TRL-Blue-1
(Police Blue)is sold seperately in a single pocket Zip Up Pouch.

The EL-MC9-1 has the advantage of charging up to 9 EXIN Lights at a
time. The IN120L, IN120LB, TM120L, TM120LB and Traveller Models can
all be charged using this charger. This 9 point multiple charger can only be
plugged into a 220-240 volt power supply, charge time for the EXIN Lights
using the 9 point charger depend on the size of the battery being charged,
(please refer to the table at the bottom of this brochure for charge times).
The EL-MC9-1 does not need an EXIN Light plugged into all 9 of the ports
to operate and can charge a mixture of different models at a time (e.g. for
instance you would like to charge 3 lights 1x IN120L, 1x TM120LB & 1x
Traveller, this can be achieved, however, please keep in mind that the
charge time for each of the mentioned lights will vary due to the size of the
battery and also the charge level of the battery, some may be charging
from a flat condition others from a 50-75% charge).
PLEASE NOTE: the IN2400L and EX Series EXIN Lights CAN-NOT be
charged using the EL-MC9-1.
THE EL-MC9-1 IS ONLY TO BE USED IN A 220-240V POWER SUPPLY.
The EL-MC9-1 Weighs 14kgs, measuring 260 x
260 x 230 mm (please refer to the picture on the
right for measurements). The EL-MC9-1 also
comes with (as standard) 9 charging cables which
connect from the Charger to the back of the EXIN
Light, giving you the added convenience of not
needing to remove and pack up the charging
cables stored within the body of the EXIN Light.
