Work Garter Stitch Top Border: Row 1: P5, K224, P5. Row 2: K3, YO, K2tog, K224, K2tog, YO, K3. Row 3: P5, K224, P5. Row 4: K3, YO, K2tog, K224, K2tog, YO, K3. Row 5: P5, K224, P5. Row 6: K3, YO, K2tog, K224, K2tog, YO, K3. Row 7: P5, K224, P5. Finishing: BO using Elastic Bind Off: Knit 1st 2 sts. Insert LH needle into front of 2 sts on RH needle; wrap yarn around RH needle and pull through the 2 sts (1 st decreased). Then, knit 1 st; Repeat until 1 st remains; cut yarn and pull through loop. Weave in ends. Sew 3 buttons (optional) along the LH side of the Garter Stitch Top Border (on the lower of the 2 eyelet rows of the 4th, 5th, and 6th chevrons. Note: Buttons can be secured by sliding them through eyelets on opposite side of wrap. Damp block to size.
