Designed by Shannon Dunbabin I decided it would be fun to do a hat that revolved around the number 12. Both charts are 12 stitches across and the feather chart is also 12 rows tall. There are 12 repeats of the 2 charts. The hat can be a slouchy or a stocking cap if you fold up the ribbing. Yarn Needle Stitch Gauge: 6 sts = 1" in Stockinette Stitch Abbreviations: CO = Cast On BO = Bind Off K = Knit P = Purl St(s) = Stitch(es) K2tog = Knit 2 stitches together Kfb = Knit into the front & back of a stitch Special Pattern Stitches: 2x2 Rib Pattern: K2, P2 on each round. Begin Pattern: With US 4, CO 120 with color B. PM. Join in the round being careful not to twist your stitches.
