AND WHEREAS the Examinatio n Centre has approach ed ICAI and represented that it ha s the re quis it e infr as tr uc ture incl ud ing it s own pr emis es , necessar y expe ri en ce, expe rtise an d capabil ity to condu ct examinat ions and has offe red the same to ICAI for con duc ting its v ario us ex amin atio ns t o whic h th e IC AI h as agre ed o n the terms an d conditions herein contained.
