Minecraft is a sandbox construction game, inspired by Infi niminer, Dwarf Fortress and Dungeon Keeper, cre-ated by Markus Persson, the founder of Mojang AB. The game involves play-ers creating and destroying various types of blocks in a three dimensional environment. The player takes an ava-tar that can destroy or create blocks, forming fantastic structures, cre-ations and artwork across the various multiplayer servers in multiple game modes.

Minecraft est un jeu de con-struction « bac à sable » inspiré d’Infi niminer, Dwarf Fortress et Dungeon Keeper, créé par Markus Persson, le fondateur de Mojang AB. Dans ce jeu, les joueurs créent et détruisent divers types de blocs dans un environnement en trois dimensions. Le joueur incarne un avatar qui peut détruire ou créer des blocs, formant ainsi des structures, des créations et des images fantastiques au travers de divers serveurs multi-joueurs et dans des modes de jeu multiples.

Minecraft es un juego de construc-ción libre creado por Markus Persson, fundador de Mojang AB, e inspirado en Infi niminer, Dwarf Fortress y Dun-geon Keeper. A lo largo del juego, los jugadores crean y destruyen diferentes tipos de bloques dentro de un entorno tridimensional. A través de su per-sonaje, cada jugador crea o destruye bloques con objeto de construir fantásticas estructuras, creaciones y obras artísticas en cualquiera de los diferentes servidores multijugador disponibles y los distintos modos que el juego pone a su alcance.

The ForestThe Forest is a great place to spend your fi rst night and an excellent location for a beginner’s shelter. Oak, birch and stone make great building materials, and fl owers help make a house a home. Just make sure the Creepers don’t fi nd it when night falls!

The VillageEvery Minecraft World has a Village hidden somewhere, constructed from oak, cobble-stone and glass. Most of its inhabitants are peaceful folk who yearn for emeralds and are happy to trade for specialist goods. Beware, however, of the scary Zombie Vil-lagers! They’re signifi cantly more aggressive unless cured by a caring visitor.
