Hole No 1 was completed to a total depth of 903 A. So far, assays have been received from the first 255 A.

A 9 4 interseaion from 51-60 n returned 0.104 oz gold per ton. while a 3-ft intersection from 122-125 A assayed 0.248 oz. A 6ft intersect ion f rom 102-106 f t returned 0.096 oz. while a 2-ft sec- tion from 75-77 ft graded 0.070 oz.

This hole encountered 50 I\ o f overburden. The company says at a depth of450 f1 the hole intersected what itcallstheHedleydioritedike with which the ore zones of the nearby Nickel Plate open pit gold operalion of Mascot Gold Mines are associated.
