20th State of the Network
Report
based on the results of
the 20th State of the Network Inquiry
submitted before the LXIX ICM Malta 2016
Dear Network,
I am proud to present you with the results of the 20th State of the Network Inquiry compiled
into the following Report.
I was very flattered to be given the task of organizing this important part of a massive “puzzle”
and would like to thank the Secretary General of ELSA International for the opportunity.
This Report is the outcome of the joint effort of the International Board and the whole ELSA
Network. Therefore, I would like to thank the 42 – out of 43 – National Groups that have
filled in and submitted the 20th SotN Inquiry, thus contributing to the acknowledgement of the
status quo of our Association.
This year we celebrate the 10th Anniversary and the 20th Edition of our State of the Network
Report, and therefore we included your evaluation on this important development tool.
Taking the Network’s pulse is absolutely vital in order to improve and develop a sustainable
growth.
“We cannot move forward if we do not know where we stand.”
Kind regards,
David Pereira
Director for Internal Management
ELSA International 2015/2016
