Fares The cruise prices in this document are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are offered to Australian residents only. Prices are charged per person based on twin share accommodation. Fares include shore excursions with English speaking guides, a laundry service and three meals per day onboard and ashore in local restaurants. Wine is offered during onboard lunches and dinners. 2022 DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS Senior Special 10% Discount (V.02) On Voyage No.2 departing Saturday, January 22nd (22/01/2022), a 10% discount is applicable to seniors aged 60 years and over. This discount is available to all onboard accommodation categories. For proof of eligibility, a copy of the passenger’s passport will need to be supplied at the time of booking in order to receive the discount. This document will then need to be sent to the central Aranui reservation in Tahiti. Please note that two discounts cannot be applied simultaneously when booking an Aranui cruise. Onboard Credit for Repeat Passengers All past passengers who have previously cruised with Aranui on a full cruise in any category of accommodation will receive an onboard credit of AUD$350 per person. This credit is applicable on all voyages and may be used towards any purchases onboard Aranui 5 at the Boutique, Bars, Restaurant, Spa and deep sea fishing. Any unused portion of this onboard credit cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be transferred to another person. The original invoice or ticket of the previous trip will need to be provided at the time of booking.
CABIN OCCUPANCY Single Occupancy For all Marquesas-Tuamotu cruises and the discovery Society-Leeward voyage (V.08), a “Single Occupancy” cabin will attract a 50% single supplement surcharge to the initial rate per person. There will be a 100% single supplement surcharge on all other discovery cruises (V.01, V.05, V.19 and V.20). Triple Share Occupancy This type of accommodation is available in the quadruple staterooms, Royal, Premium & Presidential suites. If 3 adults are sharing a cabin, the third adult will pay 25% less calculated on the public price without taxes. Quad Share Occupancy This type of accommodation is available in the quadruple Stateroom cabins & Presidential Suite. If 4 adults are sharing a cabin, the third and fourth adult will pay 25% less calculated on the public prices without taxes. Children aged 3 to 15 years-old will be charged at the children’s rate (with no further discounts available).
Children’s Fare For children under 3, apply the port tax of AUD$350 + $10.40 of TDC (Cruise Development Tax) for a total of AUD$360.40 per person. Children aged between 3 and 15 receive a 50% discount on the adult fare excluding taxes. Children aged 16 years and above pay the adult fare. No Children in Class C (multiple-share dormitory): Children aged under 16 years old are not permitted in the dormitory.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE
Mandatory Passenger’s Information: When making a reservation, all passengers will need to provide a clear copy of their passport and a completed “passenger information form”, including full name, passport information, dietary requirements, allergies and travel insurance. This form needs to be completed, signed and returned to our head office in Papeete, no later than two months prior to the scheduled departure date. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the booking, or approval by the local Maritime and Port Authorities may be delayed.
Payment Request Upon Reservation A 25% deposit will be required to be paid within 7 days of the booking confirmation held by CPTM-Aranui reservation office. The remaining amount for each passenger or booking must be received no later than 90 days prior to the scheduled departure
date to avoid cancellation.
