Purpose of Report: Site Walk undertaken Thursday 12/08/2021 @ 9.45am by DOB & GMcC of MDO to review general progress.

Weather: Dry

Location: Site & Basement

General Comments:1) Majority of rock breaking is now complete bar Zone 3.2) Basement slab is cast in Zone 1 & partially in Zone 2 with re-bar for rising elements in place.3) Rising elements in Zone 1 Block A such as the basement ramp flanking walls and basement stair 01 enclosure are cast with RWP ope'svisible. 4) Lean mix and re-bar installation to Zone 2 is on-going.5) It was noted that a safety net will need to be installed to the rock face at Block C to mitigate any risk of rock falls.
