Adobe Tools: Tips and Tricks Adobe Acrobat is a family of application software and web services to view, create, manipulate, print and manage files in the Portable Document Format, otherwise known as PDF. The main function of Acrobat is to create and view PDFs, but also to i mport popular document and image formats in

order to save them as a PDF. Acrobat tools allows the user to modify the PDF in order to crop, change order, manipulate hyperlinks, digitally sign, add comments and redact. This session will provide a general overview of these and other tools, along

with tips and tricks for using Adobe Acrobat.

Ms. Isabel Garcia, Founder and Owner, Double Click Trainers Garcia is founder and owner of Double Click Trainers, a computer training company based in Austin since 1999. She is an international corporate

trainer, facilitator and speaker. She teaches more

than 20 titles of software, including most end-user applications for Microsoft, Apple, Adobe and Google. This is her fourth conference speaking to the County and District Clerks' Association of Texas.
