    The 2021 Keynote Session will ONLY be livestreamed and NOT made available on-demand.

    There are three ways to tune-in to the livestream:

    1. Online - After you register for Hinman, you will have access to our “virtual platform” beginning Wednesday, March 10. Be sure you are logged in to the virtual platform on Friday, March 12 to watch the Keynote Session from your preferred device. You do not have to register in advance for the virtual Keynote Session (Special Event VFr400).

    2. In-Person Viewing Party & Lunch- Register for Special Event Fr401. The $50 fee includes a three-course lunch and viewing party at the College Football Hall of Fame (next door to the Omni Hotel). Attendees will be socially distanced and asked to wear masks before and after eating lunch. Treat yourself to an afternoon of fun AND education!

    3. Live Broadcast at the Omni Hotel - Register for Special Event Fr400 and watch the Keynote Session in the International Ballroom at the Omni Hotel. Space will be limited to allow for social distancing and attendees must register in advance to reserve a spot at this free special event. Pack a lunch or pick something up from one of the Grab N Go eateries at the Omni and enjoy the Keynote Session from one of our course rooms.

  • CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITSThe Thomas P. Hinman Dental Meeting is an AGD PACE recognized provider. Each attendee is responsible for maintaining all CE documentation and submitting it to the appropriate licensing body. CE requirements differ from state to state. Check with your state board for specific requirements.

    To obtain CE credit, attendees will be required to pass a five-question quiz at the conclusion of each virtual course. Each attendee must be logged in with his or her unique email address and badge number to receive credit.

    IN-PERSON EXHIBIT HALLSo that social distancing guidelines can be followed, anyone attending the Hinman Dental Meeting in person needs to register for a two-hour timeslot to visit the Exhibit Hall. Exhibit Hall hours are Friday, March 12 from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Saturday, March 13 from 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.

    VIRTUAL COURSE & EXHIBIT HALL ACCESSAn email will be sent to you on Wednesday, March 10 containing instructions for logging in and setting up your profile for the virtual portion of the Meeting (you can also access the virtual program via our website, Hinman.org starting Wednesday, March 10.) Virtual courses will be on-demand through Monday, April 12.

    Timeslots are not required to access the virtual Exhibit Hall. Chat virtually with an exhibitor on Friday, March 12 from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Saturday, March 13 from 8:30 - 4 p.m. Virtual exhibitor information will be accessible 24 hours a day on Friday, March 12 and Saturday, March 13.

    COURSE HANDOUTS & ROOM LOCATIONSRegistration confirmations will be resent Wednesday, March 10. Included in the email will be information for how to access course handout materials. Course room locations will be provided for attendees who have registered for in-person courses. Handouts will be available, online only, March 10 through April 12.

    CONNECT – A NEW NETWORKING OPPORTUNITYAs part of your registration, you are automatically included in the online networking community allowing event participants to connect with you and schedule meetings. The information you complete in your user profile will be visible to other meeting attendees and may be used in generating aggregate and anonymized usage statistics and analytics. If you would like to opt out and not be included, you can do so during the registration process but we hope you will make the most of the virtual experience and participate!

    CANCELLATION POLICYAttendee cancellation requests must be postmarked by Monday, March 1. In order for the refund request to be considered for in-person courses, the information must include the attendee’s name and address in writing and the original registration badge.
