To Note: On our coach tours the vehicles have been fitted with the latest technology in purifying air filters which clean the

air whilst in motion. The system uses Plasma air purification technology which has a powerful sterilisation function, killing

viruses and other microbes. It also eliminates unpleasant odours and improves the overall air quality in the vehicle.

Our vehicles undergo deep cleaning which includes sanitisation fogging. These minimise the risk of disease and illness,

destroying germs and ensures all areas are clean and free from bacteria and viruses.

In line with Government guidelines we plan to start our Day Excursions and Holidays on the 17th May 2021

All trips will be socially distanced on the coaches and at the venues up to no earlier than the 21st June 2021 when our

normal operating procedures will apply. Our coaches, as always, will be cleaned to a high standard and hand sanitisers

will still be available for use on board for all future tours.

safe on all your travels with us

We are so exited to welcome back all our valuable and loyal customers and extend a warm welcome to new

passengers who wish to travel with us. Your safety and our customer care is our primary objective. We have

installed the latest in air purification technology in all of our coaches, from the large ones to the small

feeder coaches we use. We have put in new procedures which are designed with your safety and well

being, this will give you peace of mind so you can sit back, relax and enjoy your journey with us.

On Board Facilities.

Toilets

Where toilets are installed they will remain open for emergency use only and will be cleaned regularly. On

longer journeys comfort stops will be arranged by the driver.

Safe Distancing

Please follow Government guidelines.

Refreshments

The consumption of food and drink on the vehicles is allowed but we ask for you to dispose of your waste

when you alight the vehicle.

Vehicle Seating

Please check your travel ticket for your prebooked seat number, your seat will be allocated in conjunction

with Government guidelines and social distancing may apply.

Personal Protective equipment

Our drivers will conform to Government guidelines regarding the use of PPE on board the coaches. We will

ask all passengers to do the same.

Hand Sanitiser

Please use the hand sanitiser provided as you board the coach.

Your health and safety is of our highest concern and we would like to reassure you that all locations have

been carefully checked and designated as Covid-19 secure. We politely ask for all passengers to adhere to

advertised guidelines when travelling with us.

Covid-19 Guarantee

If your trip has to be cancelled due to restrictions caused by the pandemic, F Hunt (Coach Hire) Ltd will

endeavour to refund passengers in full as soon as possible or offer a transfer to another trip. This may be

delayed if we are waiting for third party refunds. Please note, if you wish to cancel for personal reasons

then this will be subject to the normal terms and conditions.

Booking Conditions

Please read the following conditions carefully before making a booking with us.

1.In order to minimise collection times between Skegness and Chapel St Leonards pickups will be

offered from a list of set collection points. The driver may make drop offs at alternative points on

the return journey at his discretion.

2.Unless stated in the programme prices do not include the cost of admission to places visited.

3. To qualify for the OAP rate, proof of age must be shown at the time of booking, for example a

bus pass.

4. Excursions are subject to cancellations, if there are insufficient bookings to make the excursion

viable.

5. We reserve the right to alter the size of the coach according to the number of bookings.

6. Allocated seat numbers maybe subject to change.

7. No claim will be entertained from any passenger who arrives late at departure points, or at any

stopping points during the excursion and subsequently miss the coach.

8. All provisional bookings (made in person or over the phone) must be paid for within seven days

of the booking or we reserve the right to resell the seats.

9. Refunds are given on excursions, only if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the

departure time. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the departure time will lose 20% of

the excursion price or the cost of the entry ticket, whichever is greater. Cancellations made with

less than 48 hours notice of departure time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

10. Passengers must produce a valid ticket before boarding the coach.

11. All coaches operate a no smoking policy at all times. Alcohol and drug misuse is not permitted.

12. A child under 3 years may travel free of charge on the coach if not occupying a seat and they

are with an adult aged 16 years or over. All other children (3-15 years) must occupy a seat and

pay the child fare. Children under 3 years are not allowed to sit on the front seats or near an exit.

Admission fees still apply.

13. For reasons of safety, unaccompanied children under 13 years of age will not be permitted to

travel alone.

14. No dogs are allowed on excursions except guide/assistance dogs.

15. For safety reasons please use the safety belts provided on the coach.

17. We reserve the right to terminate a customers booking in the event of unreasonable conduct

which in our opinion is likely to cause damage, distress, danger or annoyance to any other

customer employee or third parties. If you are prevented from travelling or continuing your tour by

such a termination our responsibility to you ceases and we will be under no obligation for any

refund, compensation or loss you may incur.
