PREPARATIONCook tortellini according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. In a large resealableplastic bag, combine the tortellini, olives and salad dressing. Toss to coat; refrigerate for 4 hoursor overnight. Drain mixture, discarding marinade. INGREDIENTS1 pkg. (9 oz.) refrigerated cheese tortellini40 pimiento-stuffed olives40 large pitted ripe olives3/4 c. Italian salad dressing

40 thin slices pepperoni20 thin slices hard salami, halvedOPTIONAL: fresh parsley sprigs

INGREDIENTS1 c. chopped radishes8 oz. cream cheese, softened1 clove garlic, minced1 Tbsp. lemon juice1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. dill weed1/2 tsp. dill weed

PREPARATIONMix butter, cheese, salt, cayenne and flour in a food processor. Roll dough into a log that is 1 inch in diameter.Slice into 24 pieces. Wrap a piece around each olive and seal completely then put in the freezer as they must be cooked frozen. To cook, place frozen balls on ungreased cookiesheet and bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
