Powering Primary Care: Leading the Change for the Health of Texans
October 14-15, 2021
2021 ANNUAL SUMMIT
SUMMIT SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Making Primary Care Primary
The 2021 Texas Primary Care Consortium (TPCC) Summit, “Powering Primary Care: Leading the Change for the Health of Texans,” will be held virtually on October 14-15, 2021. This our 9th consecutive year bringing together stakeholders from diverse sectors to address the challenges of putting primary care front and center in our healthcare system.
Primary care is the foundation of a strong and effective healthcare system. When primary care is prioritized in our health system, it results in people living longer lives with more equitable outcomes. Systems and organizations built around a core primary care function can deliver higher quality, lower cost, and more equitable care.
The Summit is a space for dialogue and collective learning with some of the nation and state’s best leaders, decision-makers, clinicians, researchers, advocates, community workers, and other professionals across the broader healthcare spectrum. With a more comprehensive understanding of today’s healthcare challenges, best practices, lessons learned, and available resources, participants will leave feeling supported and more equipped than ever to improve health and healthcare in Texas.
The Texas Primary Care Consortium is the only multi-sectoral network focused on primary care in Texas. Our mission is to advance equitable, comprehensive, and sustainable primary care for all Texans. We do this by addressing the systemic issues of healthcare inequity, high cost, and lack of access to care.
Working together to address systemic issues of healthcare inequities, high costs and lack of access
