By the grace and blessing of the Almighty God, the writer has completed
the final paper entitled: “THE INFLUENCE OF SERVICE QUALITY TO
IMPROVE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AT SEKOLAH ALAM
SEMANGAT BANGSA IN MEDAN”.
