Appl icants must be enter ing col lege fo r the

f i r s t t ime dur ing the fa l l of 2021 -2022 school

year . This means that the appl icat ion i s fo r

s tudents who wi l l be high school sen iors in the

fa l l of 2020 ; fo r those who are in GED programs ;

and fo r those who plan to take a gap year .

Appl icants must have exper ienced

homelessness with in the l as t s ix years .

Appl icants must res ide in the United States .

Undocumented s tudents who meet these

cr i te r ia are e l ig ib le .

Prov ides scholarsh ips to youth who have exper ienced homelessness to ensure

the i r complet ion of a post -secondary educat ion program .

Ass i s t s youth with f inanc ia l a id processes , menta l heal th advocacy and re fer ra l s ,

profess iona l lega l advocacy and re fer ra l s , and ass i s tance in locat ing and

establ i sh ing loca l contacts fo r genera l support and serv ices .

Bui lds a s table peer and adul t support network fo r rec ip ients , before , dur ing ,

and af ter the i r col lege careers , and in to the i r t rans i t ion in to the workforce .

Offers young people meaningfu l opportuni t ies to engage in advocacy , whi le

prov id ing susta ined support serv ices to help ensure graduat ion & success in l i fe .
