BRIGHT

Bright Square Steel Bars are cold processed products formed by deformation by passing the bar through a die. This aids in achieving the desired sizes of the bar with tighter tolerances of dimensions. Available in a vast size range from 20 mm to 63 mm, these bars have multiple uses. The surface finish of these bars is bright and free from scale. Mechanical properties of these bars are increased upon completion of drawing operations, depending on the reduction applied.

SQUARE BARS

Our wide range of Hexagon Bars come in a variety of length, grades and finish options. These bars are usually long, hexagon-shaped and generally made from stainless Steel. There are various grades of Steel, which are applied depending on the end-use of these bars. They can be made either from austenitic or ferritic grades of stainless Steel. As the corrosion resistance of austenitic stainless steel grades is high, these bars come to use. While in cases where the requirement is for a magnetic, wear-resistant, superior resistivity, higher hardness and more rigid stainless Steel, ferritic grades are used for such applications.

FLAT BARSBRIGHT

Hot-rolled bars are produced by hot rolling cast steel billets continuously, at a temperature over 1700 degree F. They are used in hot die pressing and forging. They can also undergo cold finishing. Measured by their diameter; these can be welded and fabricated. Where precise tolerances are not required, these bars can be used in place of bright round bars. It has several applications across many industries including fabrication, manufacturing and repair. Mechanical components such as gears, hubs, shafts, drives, and many more can be obtained using hot-rolled bars. They are also used in the construction where precision in finish or dimension is not a priority.

SQUARE BARS

These bars exhibit consistent internal structure and excellent surface quality. Due to these peculiar features, they are used in the metal forming procedure; specific requirements need to be catered to while producing drop-forged components. With rounded edges, these bars are safe to use, as sharp edges get eliminated. These bars have uniform weight distribution. As they do not have sharp edges, it does not show any surface defects during forging. They also provide higher size flexibility in rolling processes. Available in standard steel grades, these bars are also customized as per client's requirements.

Packing in bundles of 500 – 1000 kg (1000 - 2000 lbs) covered with HDPE/ LDPE with two lifting slings on each bundle.

In wooden boxes (Complying with ISPM 15 standard) of500 - 1000 kg (1000 - 2000 lbs) with two lifting slings on each box.

Packed in fiber tube packing, these bars are also packed on special request as per customized requirements.

Markings of heat number, grade, size, net weight and gross weight are done on every bundle.
