1:35 pm – 2:30 pm 5 Things You Should be Doing on eBay (That You’re Probably Not) with Amanda Urban from Hollander Everyone knows eBay is the best place to sell car parts online. But increasing competition and lower margins is making it more difficult to yield the profits you had just a of couple years ago. Learn how to stand out from the pack with 5 valuable tips that have nothing to do with lowering your prices.

1:35 pm – 2:30 pm Selling More with Car-Part Interchange Plus (CPI+) and CrashLink CPI+ provides new and enhanced interchange for 100 part types. Because this interchange is searchable in Car-Part.com marketplaces and because it is available exclusively to our customers, CPI+ creates enormous sales opportunities for those recyclers who are inventorying parts with it. This is especially true when it is combined with CrashLink, which offers easy access to collision pricing, imaging, labor times, interchange, and OEM numbers. (This class is limited to 32 participants.)

2:45 pm – 4:15 pm Navigating the New Standard of Economic Nexus with Bryan Neuendorf from CBIZ The U.S. Supreme Court ruling in Wayfair v. South Dakota has changed the 50 year sales tax nexus standard and opened the door for significant additional sales tax compliance requirements for businesses. The new nexus standard allows states to require out-of-state sellers to collect sales/use taxes on sales made to customers in the state based on a defined threshold of economic activity in the state. Virtually all states have passed or are considering passing these new economic nexus standards and it is important for businesses to understand and proactively evaluate and address sales tax compliance requirements to avoid unnecessary exposure. The presentation will provide you with a practical approach to navigate the new standard of economic nexus.

2:45 pm – 4:15 pm Getting the most out of Photomate and eBay The Photomate mobile app puts essential inventory management tools at your fingertips (take photos, inventory loose parts, review resolution parts, and perform barcoding functions). We’ll show you how Photomate can help you! We’ll also talk about selling parts with eBay. We’ll show you how our Checkmate Listing Manager works to list parts from Checkmate, and we’ll also cover general tips and tricks for anyone selling in the eBay marketplace. (This class is limited to 32 participants.)
