With the 2020 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy, TOYOTA Motorsport GmbH (TMG) offers all drivers of TMG’s customer motorsport cars – the GT86 CS-R3, the GT86 CS-Cup, the GT86 CS-V3 as well as the new GR Supra GT4 – the opportunity to participate, regardless of the European motorsport series in which they are active with their TMG race or rally cars. 1. ORGANISER The 2020 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy is organized by TOYOTA Motorsport GmbH (TMG) – subsequently called organiser - Toyota-Allee 7, 50858 Köln. 2. PARTICIPATION All drivers who participate in certain (see point 3.) national and/or international events with TMG’s race or rally cars, namely the GT86 CS-R3, the GT86 CS-Cup, the GT86 CS-V3 and the new GR Supra GT4, are entitled to participate in the 2020 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy. The proof of a correct participation in an event will be considered as provided if the name of the driver appears in the official final results list of the respective event. The participation has to be registered in advance by sending an email to [email protected]. Subsequently, not later than 5 days after the event, all participants are obliged to hand in the official final results list. Otherwise the participant cannot be considered in the points table of the 2020 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy. Successes achieved by participants who compete for TMG, TOYOTA or TOYOTA subsidiaries or with extensive technical support from TMG, as exclusively determined by TMG, shall not be eligible to score any points in the 2020 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy. Nevertheless, all participants competing with TMG cars, including those with TMG, TOYOTA or TOYOTA subsidiaries or with extensive technical support from TMG, are eligible for any prizes awarded on a race-by-race basis only. In case of doubt, TMG as the organiser will make any decisions regarding the eligibility to participate at its own and free discretion. Precondition for the participation in the 2020 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy is the written enrolment. The registration requires the official enrolment form to be completely filled out and signed. The form is available on request from the TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy Organisation or can be downloaded online at www.racingbytmg.com. After the enrolment form has been examined, the participant will receive a confirmation via email. Only when the mail is received is the enrolment considered to be completed. The registration and participation of minors and legally incompetent persons in the 2020 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy is excluded. Multiple registrations are not permitted. Thus there is no possibility of multiple participations. Participation in the 2020 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods or services. Participants of the 2020 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy will be granted a 5 % discount on all spare parts ordered from TMG. Participation in the 2020 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy can be terminated by the participant at any time. To do so it is sufficient to send an email to [email protected] in which the desire to terminate the participation is clearly communicated. By registering and participating in the 2020 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy, the participant accepts the mandatory branding requirements on the last pages of this document. The necessary stickers can be obtained free of charge for all participants by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. In addition to the official result, every participant is required to send a picture of the race or rally car including all listed stickers by mail for each event.

3. RACING & RALLY EVENTS Over the course of the assessment period from 01/03/2020 until 30/11/2020 (the TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy Organisation reserves the right to evaluate previously submitted results), the results of the participants in the 2020 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy will be recorded by sending in the official results achieved at racing or rally events in certain series. The events are divided as follows: CATEGORY T1 Circuit: 24h - ≥8h races (Europe-wide) Rally: ≥200km (Europe-wide) CATEGORY T2 Circuit: <8h – 4h races (Europe-wide) Rally: 199km - 70km (Europe-wide) CATEGORY T3 Circuit: <4h races (Europe-wide) Rally: <70km (Europe-wide) The organiser reserves the right to change the list of the race distances and/or rally lengths eligible for points at any time and without stating reasons if there is a need to adapt them in terms of equality. 4. SCORING For all racing events, relevant for the scoring is the participant’s position in the respective class in which he/she competes with a TMG race car. There will be no differentiation made between different categories of drivers such as Silver, Pro-Am, Am. In case there is no division into different classes in the official final results, the overall classification of the official final results will be considered. For rallies, all cars and only cars with an official R3 FIA homologation (R3C & R3T) are considered for the TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy classification regardless of the class structure of the individual events. The race distances and rally lengths mentioned under point 3. are divided into the categories T1, T2 and T3. According to these categories points for the places 1 to 10 will be awarded. Full points are awarded if 5 or more vehicles compete in the respective classes/in the respective overall classification. If the number of competing vehicles is smaller, the amount of points to be awarded will be reduced accordingly. If a participant starts in multiple classes or starts the same event in two cars of the same class, only the result providing the highest number of points will be taken into account. In case the participant competes in more than 10 events per assessment period, only the best 10 results will be considered for the scoring. The following rule-of-thumb applies: A driver can only score once per race weekend. If the participant starts in more than one race within a race weekend, these individual results will be added together as one submitted result. Should a participant compete in more than one car or class within the same race, the best result only will be considered for the scoring. In all other cases points cannot be accumulated. In case of an event is ended by organisers before the scheduled distance is completed for any reason, the points will be awarded according to the same regulation as the respective championship in which the participant participates.

4.1 SCORING SCHEME CIRCUIT/RALLY:

The organiser reserves the right to amend the aforementioned scoring schemes for the categories T1, T2 and T3 at any time and without stating reasons. The aim of this measure is to guarantee equal opportunities among the participants and to be able to take into account possible changes in the weighting of series and events. For events which include two or more runs in the course of a race or rally weekend, all runs, without exception, will be considered for the scoring. In the course of the assessment period the participant’s results eligible for points, as far as being able to be clearly identified on the basis of the official final results lists and handed in by the participant, will be registered by the organiser.

For the 2020 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy, a ‘Championship Bonus’ will be introduced. Any driver winning a championship with results exclusively achieved in TMG race or rally cars will be granted an additional 50 points. The proof of a correct participation in a championship will be considered as provided if the name of the driver appears in the official final results of the respective championship. The participation has to be registered during the season by sending an email to [email protected]. Subsequently, not later than 5 days after the final championship round, all participants are obliged to hand in the official final results. Otherwise the participant cannot be considered in the points table of the 2020 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy. The organiser reserves the right to decide which championships may be accounted for this. The resulting points will be added up and available for the participant to be viewed online under www.racingbytmg.com. A maximum of the 10 best results will be considered for the overall scoring. The points table of all participants at the end of the assessment period determines the final result of the 2020 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy. 4.2 PRIZES The champion of the 2020 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy will be the participant reaching the highest total score of the season. The five best-placed drivers receive the following prizes according to their score:

4.3 PRIZE-MONEY DISTRIBUTION If two or more drivers are equal on points, the driver will be ranked higher, who has more wins, more second places etc. in the individual events. If the drivers have achieved identical rankings, the decision will be made by the respective category, in which the highest number of points has been received (Order of priority: 1. T1, 2. T2, 3. T3). If there still is a tie, the respective amounts of prize money will be added and equally distributed among the drivers. The prizes will exclusively be awarded to the drivers personally at the official TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy awards ceremony. Trophies will not be sent. The participant will bear any costs incurred to him in regard to his participation in the 2020 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy and his participation in the events. Furthermore, the organiser does not bear any liability for the participant’s journey to and from the events as well as the annual awards ceremony. 5. TAXES In case that participants within the framework of the 2020 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy become eligible to receive prize money, the prize money will be paid out following deduction of all applicable taxes, fees or other charges, which have to be withheld by TMG due to legal regulations and paid to responsible tax authorities. The parties will on their own responsibility take care of the observance of all fiscal obligations and duties resulting from their TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy engagement. Should any loss, damage or any other disadvantage to either party arise from a breach of the other party’s obligations or responsibilities under this clause, then the party which is responsible for such loss, damage or any other disadvantage shall fully indemnify the other party.

6. RISKS AND LIABILITY At motorsports events exists a risk of possible health damage for the visitors. The organiser will not accept any liability for any health damage that may result from the participation in or the visit of a motorsports event. Furthermore, the organiser does not assume any liability for faults in the registration process, which may be caused by mistakes, delays or disruptions in the transmission of data, breakdowns of the technical equipment and service, incorrect content, loss or deletion of data, or viruses. 7. COPYRIGHTS With the registration for the 2020 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy the participant agrees that TMG respectively TOYOTA have image and film recordings made of the 2020 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy events or the TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy awards ceremony. The participant grants TMG and TOYOTA the right, unlimited by time or space, to edit the captured pictures and videos taken of the participant and to use them for general reporting and public relations work as well as for advertising purposes, exhibition posters, invitations, exhibitions, e-cards, screensavers, calendars as well as catalogues and books etc. if applicable. TMG is obliged to obtain any appropriate rights of the championship organiser themselves. 8. DATA PROTECTION TMG will process and use the personal data provided during enrollment as well as the data resulting from the participation in the 2020 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy for the purposes of customer contact and support as well as for the individual creation and dispatch of product information. Unless consent of the participant is required, TMG will also use the provided e-mail address for advertising purposes for its own similar products, information and services. The participant may at any time object to the use of his data and the use of his e-mail address for advertising purposes by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. The TMG privacy policy can be found on the website https://www.toyota-motorsport.com/images/tmg/tmg_kunden_information_dsgvo_26042018.pdf and this explains how TMG deals with the data of the participant and for what purposes and on which legal basis the data is processed. 9. EXCLUSION OF A PARTICIPANT A participant, who registers with incorrect data or acts in other ways contrary to the terms of participation, can be excluded from the 2020 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy by the organiser. The same applies to participants, who make use of any illegitimate means of help or try to benefit in any other way through manipulation. 10. MISCELLANEOUS The organiser expects fair sportsmanship from the participants and responsible behaviour in any communication, especially on social networks. Any conduct that has a negative effect on the brand TMG respectively TOYOTA may result in an exclusion from the TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy scoring. If a participant wants to have an accessible individual result to be corrected, he or she may send the organiser a request via email to [email protected]. The respective results will then be examined again. Precondition for the examination of a recorded result is the submission of an official final result of the respective racing or rally event. Corrections can only be submitted to the organiser in the way mentioned above until the end of the assessment period. After that change requests can no longer be considered. For the avoidance of doubt, this applies even in the case of an event result being changed by the organiser, if that change is applied after the end of the assessment period. All decisions and interpretations concerning the 2020 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy are a matter solely for the organiser. The organiser has the right to cancel the 2020 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy at any time, without prior notice, or exclude individual results from the scoring in case of activities or actions which bring the image or reputation of the TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy into disrepute, or seek to manipulate in an unsporting manner the final classifications, as judged solely by the organiser. The participants in this case are not entitled to claim for compensation. There is no right of recourse to common courts and/or a sporting authority in connection with the 2020 TOYOTA GAZOO Racing Trophy. Any subsidies and benefits discussed in these terms of participation represent the voluntary

recognition of the sportive achievements of the TMG customers. No obligation can be derived from them. The organiser reserves the right to modify the conditions of these terms of participation at any time without giving reasons or even cancel them without prior notice. Should individual clauses of these terms of participation become invalid, the validity of the remaining contract shall not be affected. There is no legal right of appeal.
