Dear Summer Leadership Intern, Congratulations on your acceptance to participate with the Faith Promise Summer LeadershipInternship. You’ve worked hard to get this opportunity and you want to make sure you get themost out of it. Take a few minutes if you have not already to visit our website and download thechurch app to make yourself familiar with the church values. We pray that while you are hear with us you see the values of our staff and church played out aswe work to advance the kingdom by helping real people, with real problems, find real love.  Here are a few tips to help you make the most of your internship: ·       Have expectations and manage them.·       Meet new people -Connect with others·       Network as much as possible·       Speak up and ask questions.·       Keep a record of your accomplishments. Journal The good news and bad news about a summer internship is that it eventually comes to an end.Whether you find yourself immersed in challenging work that allows you to develop new skillswhile performing routine tasks, a finite end ensures you’ll soon be ready for your next move as youare growing and developing as a leader.  We pray these tips can help you make a strong andlasting impression.

SUMMER 2020 CALENDAR

FP History Tour ( June 4th, 2020 Time TBD )- Email jessicae@faithpromise.orgInterns will participate in a history tour that will encompass a riding tour of where westarted and where we are today. This wll be led by the worship department Weekly Worship (TBD)The worship department also has a weekly time of worship and development that wewant to invite the interns to attend, as this is a time where they can worship with theirpeers.  All Staff Meetings ( TBD @ 12pm-2pm- Lunch is provided)The monthly all staff meetings are held on a Tuesday two times per month. Eachministry area will be responsible for notifying you of the scheduled all staff dates inconduction with your summer internship coach.
